The Byron Shire Council is developing a skate park at Bangalow Sportsfields. A draft design has been prepared for comment. Come along to check out the design and tell us what you think.

Agreed, Needs some flat ledges. Other then that, it's perfect. Would deffs travel the 3 hours to skate this.

this is what we need, not another fuck off bowl, theres one at every park in this area, we need a street plaza
And is that a snake run i see? WHAT THE FUCK this is just a shit version of nimbin, fuck this i'm moving to melbourne if this doesn't turn into a plaza like this
I won't be able to make this juncture, someone please forward on these photos to the meeting because this means alot to me and alot of people i know that this park isn't just another crummy bowl
the skatepark looks sick
and in reply to marcus, the park is not only a street skating park it has to cater for tranny and street aswell i bmx and i know heaps of people who would bmx here so it cant only be a street plaza
Why have everything directed at the kidney bowl ? Looks terrible for getting taken out by flying boards.
