Lights for Tugun
In 2015, The Gold Coast had a brand new skatepark extension/upgrade at Tugun, Gold Coast Queensland. Tugun had been around since the 80s, a rough park but great spot. Finally the GCCC Made the decision to upgrade the park to a top level park. That was half the problem solved. Now since the upgrade, it has been one of the most progressive and best parks apparently to skateboarders in the world and GC. But for some reason, located right near the airport. There are no lights. Sometimes with no lights, vandalism happens. Not just that but having lights at a top level new skatepark would mean much improvement. We would train because skateboarding is an official sport now. This skatepark is a training facility for the best up coming skateboarders from the Gold Coast and what Australia has to offer. Going at night means more and more training, skateboarding is in the 2020 Olympics now. We want a stop and want the park to be used from sunrise to late night. All park to be used, being a world wide recognised park. Please make this happen, would highly appreciate it. We will try our hardest and best to make this dream become reality.
