DC X Street Machine Prahran
To celebrate Prahran skateparks’ long and illustrious history, Street Machine teamed up with DC footwear on the first weekend of March to throw a tricks for cash grab for the ages. With the help of OJ wheels, Creature Skateboards and Independent Trucks, the bbq, free product, cash money, and bevvys flowed whilst the OG’s and young bloods of Prahran came together to make the most of what’s left of Melbourne’s sunny summer days. This place just received a $900k government grant to install a pump track and upgrade the skate park, so hopefully it will be good in 2025.

Big kahunas required to ride the big bowl.. but its so fun! The rest of the park has average flow but the architecture and layout is pretty unique and fun! 4.5/5

flat enough ground for beginners to learn to push and stay on the board, but the ramp is a little dodgy
edit: careful riding on the lighter concrete, it's really slippery and the change from rough concrete to smooth is super jarring
