i need to order a service for my ipod, you must sign up with an I.D to order it. ive done this over 3 times now, has any1 else had to do the same thing and what happened to yours?

in the arcade next to myers, the 1 with JB Hifi downstairs and radio rentals
u dont need to to order 1, if its underwarranty stil u can get them to look at it 4 free prolly
guys ive already taken it in to the ipod place (next byte) 3 times, each time they tell me i have to complete an order form over the net.
