It has some fun lines, a lot of pool block and some good volcanoes. Not too many street obstacles here and sometimes the cops show up and make you put on your helmet but with budgets being cut left and right you're probably safe.
Heading north from San Diego on the I-5 exit Oceanside Blvd and go east, then left on S El Camino Real, then right on Mesa Driveand it's up on your left in Martin Luther King Jr Park.
