I think thats the right market for these boards, little kids.
Not poofs who have different coloured ones to match their outfits.
Davo is on the money... I'd much rather see kids on a penny board rather than scooters anyday!
Penny's, in a frustrating round-a-bout way have been a really good thing for the skateboard industry. Firstly because skateshops can stock them or a variation of them relatively guilt free and actually do some business and take cash off yuppy mums buying their son the whole rainbow in plastic boards. Secondly because its become a common occurrence for a kid to become confident riding it, take it to the skate park and only then figure out he needs a 'real' one to do the tricks every one else is doing, then it's back to the shop for a good old 7 ply. I'm all for it
Scootering generally will lead only to bmx'ing or homosexuality and in time, full blown aids. Rant, over.
Fun fact: a number of children's scooter handle bars have snapped in half upon impact impaling said child and leaving them, well, dead. Not sure if these cases can be confirmed but definitley has some shock value when you notify the parents of the plague.
That looks dope, are they standard Penny size though? I've been looking at the Santa Cruz - Landshark!
