We are producing a video series documenting the history of the Melbourne Skateboard Scenes in the 1980s. We will be travelling around Victoria interviewing prominent members from that era. This will be able to be archived for future generations.

It's destroyed.. presumably in a big storm as the quarter has literally broken off and washed downstream. It would be nice to remake it

Gnarly spot, got some potholes and rocks so bring a broom. Got a gate with a chain blocking it but not a hard jump/crawl

To whom ever sees this! This is actually my old half pipe which was located in Winch on my dad’s old worksite. We sold the ramp in 2017/18 and it is no longer around

The Mount Isa Skate Park looks like such a gem for skaters! I love how it caters to different skill levels, making it a perfect spot for beginners, pros, and even those who enjoy pro fingerboards . The mention of the shaded areas is such a bonus—staying cool while enjoying some tricks is a win-win. Definitely adding this to my list of must-visit skate parks in Australia!
