Nice one Potty, residing just few suburbs over from it. New smaller spine section makes great manual pads - plus the flatground is very good.

flat enough ground for beginners to learn to push and stay on the board, but the ramp is a little dodgy
edit: careful riding on the lighter concrete, it's really slippery and the change from rough concrete to smooth is super jarring
