this is a small clip i made when element had a demo at clifton hill, feedback welcome and hope you all enjoi.

and if any video people can tell me what would be the smallest and best quality format to make videos that would be helpful, these are wat i have to choose from
pal DV(4:3), pal DV(16:9), pal vcd, pal svcd, pal mpeg1, and i use wmv(30fps) for this clip
there isnt another alternative to this with internet clips:
Download Sorenson Squeeze 4 off Limewire/bearshare/kazza/etc
Then you can export your footage as full quality and compress it using sorenson (which is the best)
