Room available in Maribyrnong, big room, big wardrobe. Takes about half hour to get to cbd on public transport, Tram runs by front of the house, minute walk to the stop.
3 blokes live in the house, aged 24/25. All of which enjoy some time on the skateboard.
People employed and/or studying preferred but not essential i s'pose. 2 mins hike from Highpoint Shopping Center. Whether thats a plus or a minus is up to you.

flat enough ground for beginners to learn to push and stay on the board, but the ramp is a little dodgy
edit: careful riding on the lighter concrete, it's really slippery and the change from rough concrete to smooth is super jarring
