Since your last interview here where you mentioned the Gold Coast is paradise and why would you ever want to move, you've moved around a bit. Sydney, Geelong, back up the Goldy; where do you call home right now?
Goldy is fucking tight lad, it will always be home, good vibe going on there right now, cunts are haven' heaps of fun and shredding. I'm pretty much homeless, haha! I've been staying with Jez and family at PB-13, the random dogkunts are crazy. I just gotta do some more shit on the Goldy then I'm out. Back to Geelong or Sydney, not sure yet. Gotta toss a coin hey! Summer is fucked in Queensland; good to party, not to skate.
How was your time in Sydney and Geelong?
Sydney's always good. I was living with Skunk and Sarah in Bondi. It was real nice; snakes, lizards, fucking reptiles everywhere. I swear Skunk thinks he's Steve Irwin, hahaha! They're the best, they did a lot for me, love ya kunts! I skated shit-loads at first, fun as fuck, but I just got too lazy, drinking a bunch, not working, pretty much fuckin' up. I was probably pissing off Skunkos a lot too. I was getting bummed on what I was doing. So I ended bailing up at my bro's in Ocean Grove, it's a little beach town just outta Geelong, which was a fuckin' good move. I started to pick my shit up a bit, use my brain, and live properly again (thanks bro). Got a hold of Caccus, then it was on. Met a bunch of cunts with him, started shredding more, lurking round Geelong a bit instead of the Grove. It's fucken tight there, can't wait to get back. I started going city-side every other weekend which was good too. Both places; good times and bad times.

What's up with the hook-ups these days? You've been on Globe since day dot, recently signed on with Arnette, and what of Creature? It was my belief you were on a direct flow, but since NHS has changed distributors I've seen you rocking whatever you can get your hands on from Globe, you were rocking Blood Wizard for a bit early this year, I know you've got Creature pride so what's the story?
Arnette is starting to get their stuff out there again and it's looking good. I'm stoked to be a part of that. Helping out with the team and shit. But yeah, with Creature, when shit changed to Lush I stopped getting boards for a while, Mappy was hooking me some Dwindle stuff, I ran into Kildarry at Bowl-a-rama and spoke about the Creature thing again, called Joey and now I'm back repping the fiend and fucken amped! I love the way those fucks do it� Creature's the shit!
We did a two-month road trip through March and April, my comeback tour I guess, you seem most comfortable endlessly travelling the countryside. How did you like that mission?
Fucken sick! I can't explain how good it was. There is nothing better than being on the road, no worries, camping, good times. It was the best trip I've been on yet. We just drove 'til we found something to skate or a good place to camp. Got to catch up with a shit load of mates, skate new spots, go to a bunch of cool places that I didn't know existed. Having the kids with us was fun as fuck, the fucken Brat Pack kept me on my toes that's for sure.

You're pretty content with life out of a bag. What are your essential travel items?
I try and pack light; couple of shirts, pair of pant, boardies, my 'mullers 'n packers' kit, a book, ipod, camera, tent and board.
While we were down south you made your skating known at the Bondi Bowl-a-rama, shredding padless for extra points, then backed it up in Melbourne with a good result at the City Squared street-styled event. You appear to do rather well under pressure and have a decent competition resume to boot, let's talk strategies.
One bourbon, one scotch and one beer. I don't really like going in contests unless it's a jam format. Those ones are fun, the homies are in there shredding, having some fun instead of getting all Sheckler! Doing the same fucking line over and over. Whatever, it's his choice.
You left us for a few days during that trip, missing the Belco bowl jam! Why?
I left you cunts and flew to Brissy to see AC/DC. I almost wasn't going to go. I couldn't get a flight outta Sydney, I was losing it. Almost gave up then on the way to Belco I was like fuck it, I'm gonna try and fly outta Canberra. Got there just in time to book a flight. Fucken amped!
Do you think it was worth it? Belco was pretty killer.
Fucken oath it was, I've been wanting to see AC/DC my whole life. If I didn't end up going you know I wouldn't stop bitching. They're my number one band for sure. Angus is off he's tits! I wish Bon was still alive so I could have heard that cunt live but hey, Brian is still fucking sick. I'm sure Belco was sick, I was a little bummin' but it will be on next year bigger and better hopefully.
You finally got to skate the holy grail of skateboarding, the Pothole! Up there with the best of them?
Holy shit that thing is FUCKED UP! So, so gnarly. Just to get in to the fucken thing it is hard, let alone the drive to get there. If you get the chance to go there don't let it pass, it's on the before you die list.

What would you be doing if you'd never started skating?
Playing AFL or Cricket somewhere. I wanted to play in the big time so I might have tried doing that? Surfing still, being normal and boring. I'd say just being a mellow jock, hahaha! Not ya typical fuck-wit jock.
I've heard you mention as a kid you walked out of a careers exhibition at school wanting to be a police officer!
What the fuck were you thinking? Hahaha! Yeah, I did hey! I went, sussed it out, liked it and wanted to do it for a bit, but then I started getting in trouble and met some cops and they're cunts. Fuck the police.
Want other sick fantasies have you had growing up?

You've been working on a Slam interview for some time now. And we've finally wrapped it up with a few bangers. It's been a long time coming.
Me and Torti had been working on that shit for ages in between other shit. It was coming along good then shit went down, we were still doing shit just not as much, Rome had a lot of shit on his plate. I didn't really wanna shot it without him you know. I just felt good with Rome. I chilled for a bit then you, ya dogcunt, got outta the waves and back slaving, kicked me in the arse and got me going again. Fucken stoked I got it done. Took some beatings but it was fun.
There was no mucking around either, you've been giving the old skateboard a good flogging of late and you seem to be enjoying it more than ever. What's kept you motivated?
I guess just getting back on the road doing the trips we do, campin' and shit. Not shredding the same shit everyday is good. Rolling with a different bunch of cunts keeps me keen. I just wish I could skate more with Gutsy again. I haven't been this amped on skating since the I.H.U. days.

I've always had a shitty little set up and been in to it, but lately if I'm not skating the spot I'm filming the lads. I like filming, it's something different to do and cunts need footage. I gotta pretty dope set up now, shit's comin' up Millhouse.
Do you plan on ever pursuing a career in filming?
Maybe after I can't shred, I'll keep filming for sure. If I get paid for a clip then sweet. It would be tight to film for a company just going on trips and shit to film. It would be pretty fucking stressful making a full length video.
Who have you been psyched on skating with lately?
Adam Dawes keeps blowing my mind. Aaron Rowe, the dog, he's fucking gnarly and always has been. Dandy's been getting me amped, fucken rad shredding with that caveman. The Dogkunts are always fun!

What's you immediate future hold?
Hopefully a lot of travelling, skating, partying, fuck! Just straight good times. If not, slave away and chill. Pretty much doing what I'm doing now. Just doing it better!
