> IDIOT ON REMEMBERENCE DAY
mark is right, people love to generalise and love nothing more than applying their preconceived notions of what ALL skateboarders are whenever they see us roll past. i suggest that you dont adopt this way of thinking and leave that to others. im pretty sure most skateboarders realise that we are all different people, come from different backgrounds and act and think differently.
so basically there are dicks everywhere, it doesnt matter if they are holding a skateboard or hosting toay tonight, just dont get sucked in to applying generalities to them because of how you perceive them, just label them a dick because they are a dick
Haha, i was in martin place that day. I know who it was, me and my friends stopped skating though. Acctually there were two of them. Was it on the news or something?
Sorry just read it properly, damn shouldve seen it. Nah he knew the whole of martin place (before pit) was crowded of people and some old guy came up and told us to stop skating at 11. One of them was kicking his board around on the ground.
younger people and skaters of Australia have know Idea what they all went through during the ww1 and ww2...we sould be VERY thankfull for what they did for us

You have to respect armistace day, the 11th hour, the 11th day...As what was mentioned b-4...we wouldn't have this freedom we dig so much nowadays if it wasn't fer' the legends that paved the way fer all of us (& paying for it with the ultimate sacrifice, their lives)

like i am and i guess in the sense of the word but why dose every little thing have to be grouped? i like to draw as well im not a drawer?
i like to skate sure i love it but im not part of a secert socitey i mean i share some views and have stuff incommon but you know im not you, i dont want to be?

On the otherside of the coin over 100 skaters and spectators competing at the SOS Morning MASH contest at Dulwich Hill, all stopped mid event, stood and were completely quiet for the whole minute at 11. It was something to see and it made me proud to be an Australian skater. Everything just stopped and everyone stood there and we remembered thier sacrifice... so that we could be there having so much fun.
pretty dumb thing to do and disrespectful, too but it's not the end of the world
Nah im not gonna say his name, im pretty sure his gonna be feeling pretty chat right now. I dont know about his friends name, but he was the one kicking his board around we told him to stop too, bit of a douche bag.
yeah this one time i was racing my motorcycle and at lunch time at the races we all had i minute of silence and this dickhead started up his bike and i was like what the fuck are you doing man it a minute of silence and he was just oww ok and turned his bike off, like wouldent you realise something was going on when like 200 people were just standing there in silence like jeeze what a cockhead. haha
I know who did it.
