> TRUCK WIDTH?
I'm always one to get easily confused with just the easiest things...i'm probably not the only one...
what widths when it comes to trucks are meant for what width of boards...
for instance i ride 8's what trucks would be the right size...i'm indy preffered but open to others
i have an 8 board and i ride 8 trucks i think?
is seems to balance on primo so its even.
i have no idea on the subject
but i think indy 149's or 159's are for eight inch decks
i'm not sure
i've got a set for an eight inch deck and they seem a little bit to small, that or my deck is wider than 8
129 for 7.5
139 is for 8's
149 are 8.25
159 are 8.5
i think thats how it gose down
149 are 8.5
169 are 8.9
215 are 10

indys are the best and ive ridden most trucks
139's are your go for an 8"
i've got no idea how other trucks rate their sizes.
but interestingly enough the 139, 149 etc names of indy trucks aren't relevant to their hanger or axel width. story goes they were smashed back in the day when they first tried to convert inches to mm and as a result got the wrong conversion formula. they stuck with the same formula because....i dunno they just did
