Most Steel suppliers will cut it to the lenghts you need and can weld it too if that's what you need.

flat enough ground for beginners to learn to push and stay on the board, but the ramp is a little dodgy
edit: careful riding on the lighter concrete, it's really slippery and the change from rough concrete to smooth is super jarring
