If a girl lies about her age,gives an impression she has serious emotial problems and therefore is going to cling onto an unlikely person and expect "friendship" or something more from someone....the judge is gonna take all that into consideration.
If she is 15 and her folks didnt know where she was that night,then there is something going on at home.
