2017 Australian Skateboard League National Final

On 11th March 2017, Victoria is proud to host, the top 5 skaters from each ASL state qualifying competition and the top 3 from each of the Skate Park League regional series , who will be at Riverslide Skate Park to battle it out for the National Championship title.

The Australian Skateboarding League (ASL) is a nationwide amateur skateboarding series comprising more than 70 events, across the country, that showcases some of the best amateur Australian skateboarders, which for many provides the first opportunity to compete, and for some, their 1st steps toward the world stage.
The ASL grand final event will add to riders global rankings (TheBoardr.com) and entry is only by invite to ASL qualifiers, and SPL Regional Finalists in each State.

The Open riders will be competing for a cash pool of $10,000!

*1st Place Male - $2500* *1st Place Female - $2500*
*2nd Place Male- $1250* *2nd Place Female- $1250*
*3rd Place Male- $750* *3rd Place Female- $750*

(those aged 16 and under will be competing for prizes, but not cash)

Because too much skateboarding is never enough,
There is also a Best Trick Cash Grab Competition open to competitors and spectators, over 13, who register.
The Best Trick prize pool is $1,000 split 10 ways. ($100 per trick)

The ASL Grand Final is on during the Moomba Festival, so please allow ample time to get to Riverslide as it will be very busy on the day.
