yeah i went to a skatepark built in the carpark of a shopping centre in denpasar. It is like 5 storeys & half of the top floor is just a fucking dvd, cd & game shop. Oh yeah also the toilet inside has no light & a tap which doesnt stop running so if you are thinking of taking a shit it is totally out of the question.

there is a hidden mini ramp that is fairly good up in the hills i skated it one day on my travels i just cant remember where it is i think its on the way to ubud
I stayed in the Plaza Suites in Legian & mostly skated the carpark & surrounding ledges, satpam don't give a fuck, plus u can catch the free shuttle bus over to the Plaza hotel & check out a couple of stair sets not far from there. just skate around & find shit to skate.
i just got back a while ago, my advice is to not take ur board, there is fuck all to skate, and it's way too hot. the park is an absoloute joke, just go there and do fuck all, shop and drink beer, the partying is the best part. I didn't take my board and i was fine, i went for 11 days.
Although, if ur not going with you're mates or anything, then take ur board, u will find places to skate, it may take a while though as u can't skate on the paths coz it's all dirt and brick ups.
the park there isnt bad and the locals are hell cool..... there is normally a bit of a crew cranking at the roundabout park at around 5-6 cos skool is out and it is cooler...... some of the locals were fully good ....... doing fs blunts and bs tails on flatbars that are so wobbly the hardly stand up and shit........
I mainly chill when in bali but if you put some effortin there is some ok street spots too........
........ apparently bali is getting a full concrete park in the near future........
that is the roundabout park...... it is like 5-10 mins out of Kuta/Legian ....... like 3 mins and $1.50 in a taxi
....... it is near a huge shopping complex with a hell smoooth 6 and 4 flat 1 ...... security will kick you the fuck out though....... if youve got a vidcam the locals are amped to go filming there anyway........
....... its alot of fun but buy like 4 litres of water from the shopping centre first cos it is a hot/muggy fucker......
