> HILLSIDE SKATEPARK (VIC)
the hillside skatepark was finished last weekend. finally we have a good concrete park in our area. it is on belvue boulivard, hillside. packed with BMXers and little kids though so we might have to wait a while for the novelty of the skatepark to wear off.. a bus is easily catchable there from watergardens station, and it is near shops and some pretty good drops (1-1.5m step up) and benches for a bit of street.
will post pics soon as the digi cam isn't working yet.
that parks a hole gets boring fast and its too packed and also gets very windy but yeh i will put sum photos up tmorow of the place.
it does get windy, and yes it does get packed with BMXers, but it is just the novelty of the locals getting a skatepark, give it a month and it will die off. i find that it is fun for about 3 hours, then i get luch and go skate the street spots.
