Yo, so I'm moving to Melbourne early next year to study so I need a permanent place to crash. If anyone has a spare room or knows of one it would be appreciated. The catch is I want to bring my dog along, (he sleeps outside) but the place would need to have a decent yard, fenced and preferably near a park or some shit.

Anyway thanks in advance

nah a lot of the people here suck, like anywhere

RMIT will be right in the city, so look around richmond, brunswick, Fitzroy, they are all full of smaller cheaper places to stay, lots of students as well. but more expensive than the west for how much you get for your money, but theres lots to keep you busy.

theres always rooms to rent out for short periods as students fuck off for trips overseas for a few months, so you can always cruise around one or two of those until you find your feet and get settled.

I personally will be house sitting an apartment in brunswick for almost all of next year for very little rent. So keep your eyes open for a good gig.

where you coming from?

Brunswick is pretty dope. Lived there for the past 2 years with a few skaters. Just search gumtree for rooms available in this area. I pay $140 a week which is alright. I definitely would suggest living in Brunswick though
