Got a vx1000 recently, everything working fine until randomly my camera isn't being recognised? Is there certain settings i have to use?

flat enough ground for beginners to learn to push and stay on the board, but the ramp is a little dodgy
edit: careful riding on the lighter concrete, it's really slippery and the change from rough concrete to smooth is super jarring
