Intro... George is back in Hobart from a skating mission in Melbourne fully snug in his Mr. Grumpy pyjama bottoms with his lappy on his lappy and AFL reruns on his tele. Only problem is that it's sunny outside and his ankle is black and puffy.

What's the go with this current injury? What happened and what other major injuries have you suffered?
The go is you wanting to go shoot a photo at axa with little to no light left in the day. so when we got there it was pretty dark. um, tried to jump over the ten rail there just rat seshing and bent my ankle inwards i spose. so the next few days were nothing but hopping around leigh's (bolton) place like skippy the effing kangaroo. i think this is the worst injury i've had since ruining my knee about a year ago, but thats a whole other story...

It's pretty boring. tried to nollie heel this 11 with a gate at the bottom, landed on it by accident straight onto my left knee. so the next few months were nothing but hobbling around and visiting the physio who told me i had a tri-petella or something like that, meaning three parts to my knee cap rather than 1 or 2. i spose it kinda came good in the end, to the point in which i could skate but it'll never be back to 100%
Poor Simmo. You were on Globe flow for quite some time, why the change to Adidas? "Time for Change" haha
Yeah exactly haha. i was on globe for a few years and well yeah, it was time for change. lots of the people iskate with are on adidas too which made it a bit easier. plus the shoes are good so it was a no brainer.

How did you enjoy the Adidas Canberra trip? Most memorable experience? Footy/skating ratio?
It was super fun. first real trip i've been on really. i have a crap memory so i can't really remember the good things that probably happened. something that stands out was probably standing in front of the genny trying to get warm late at night, just straight fumes haha. nightmare status. footy ratio was only about 20/80, where it should have been at least 50/50 gay answer, you answer it. what was your most memorable experience you were there too. oh kesha is on channel v brb. My most memorable experience was eating KFC at every stop and reading Zoo weekly. That's it.
How do you compare Canberra to Hobart?
Oh actually, i remember we were kicky the footy in a park while kurt was trying a trick. and these two kids came up to us, one of them was in a wheelchair and the other was pushing him. and we all thought the kid was retarded so we were being real nice and polite etc. then a few minutes later they just broke out in laughter. that was funny. then for the next hour or so everyone just hijacked the wheelchair and acted like menaces really. probably doesn't sound as funny as it was.
I can definitely vouch for the funniness of that situation. Those little shits!
Canberra is pretty similar to hobart in some ways. mainly just because it seems pretty quiet and 'mellow'. way better spots in canberra though. thats a given. they both get bloody cold too

Is there anything you're working on at the moment?
Um, yes sir. leigh bolton is filming for this adidas project that has been in the works for about 5 months or so. so i've been going over to melbourne to film a bit for that. actually that was the point of the canberra trip too. that gets released onto the adidas site in a few months i'm pretty sure. apart from that we're slowly but surely racking up photos for a little journal thing. hopefuly the photos make the amazing standard they've got going, but i doubt it haha
For those who haven't had the GG car experience what should be expected? Sound track and safety wise...
Hit up channel v for 20 mins and you'll get a pretty good idea. nah, theres a big variety, but a lot of girly pop and just crap. safety wise? what are you talking about. if you're in the car with one of hobarts top 10% best drivers then you've got nothing to worry about amigo.
Between Kesha, Miley and Beyonce', which lady would get the deluxe Simmo treatment? And what goes down on a romantic Simmo date?

Thats funny, i'm chowing down on handfuls of m'n'm's when you wrote that haha, and a miley cyrus song came on too. i just eat whatever because i don't seem to put on weight, but over the last 6 months i've noticed its made me super unfit. so i got mum to buy me a skipping rope because i figured boxers use them for fitness so it might be a good way to GeT InTo ShIpItY ShApE
