Nnugget slut8 Oct 2007
take it to jungle fool
AA.Walker8 Oct 2007
Get used to it. If you wanna do something you gotta do it yourself 9 times outta 10. People are happy to skate that shit once it's done though.
Sounds bitter, but whatever. If you wanna skate that stuff bad enough it doesn't matter in the end. You just know who to help back.

Props for being keen enough to do it. Sucks it got wrecked, but that's why I stay away from that place. You make something good and it's gone by the next time you go there.

Was it skaters, randoms or the owners that trashed it?
MM-RO8 Oct 2007
i dont even think it was necessarily 'wrecked', its always been like that. the hubba never got finished and was never really skateable, the 2 stair ledge never got metal edged, the curve ledge was a failed idea and as for the flat ledge and the quarter they where never in really good condition or built amazingly.
Bbradlie8 Oct 2007
the yellow rail there is by far the best!

and the 4 metre long rainbow pipe pole ride!
HHendryx8 Oct 2007
haha yeah nah i like that kicker that launches u out over some rusted washing machine or sumthin. Well wat bout if we did organise another day, how many people here would come n help out? or people that know people that can come and help out?
Bbradlie8 Oct 2007
me dirt and hazza have 20 bags of concrete chilling, were gonna hit something together soonish prolly a few weeks,

hopefully we make something good this time unlike our failed quarter haha!
Vvulture steez8 Oct 2007
Make a fresh mini ramp with that 20 bags of concccccc.
Bbradlie8 Oct 2007
haha yer that be sweet,
i think where just re structure the old quarter and make it like 2 metres wide and higher, dirtys getting a jack hammer down there to so its built flush into the ground.

haha thats gonna be dangerous, but hopefully all goes well.

im gratefull we have a place like the factory where we can go make what ever we desire with out getting hassled, and even tho its a shame when shit does get smashed, its fun to re create new things again and make trash skateable.

Vvulture steez8 Oct 2007
I herd theres mercury under the concrete there. :S
MM-RO8 Oct 2007
where you built the quarter you should build a bank to ledge, in the case you wouldnt have to jack hammer anything just build the bank over the existing 'quarter'.
Bbradlie8 Oct 2007
yer we were thinking something like that to ledge, like have coping on the wall so you cod do shit right of the end of the ledge.

it just sucks with concrete to get the part where the cement meets the ground to be smooth so we thought if we just jack hammered down like a few inches we cod avoid that problem

did that makes sense? ahaha prolly not but heaps open for ideas
Llenin8 Oct 2007
finish what wasnt finished first, 2 ledge only needs coping and a the paver concreted back down, hubba needs a new/better top the rest of it is solid and the curve ledge........fuck knows. the hubba looked like it was gonna b sweet until people skated it when the concrete was still wet.
Nnugget slut8 Oct 2007
who is keen to help out and who isnt?
HHendryx8 Oct 2007
id like 2 help out im not sure if id be able 2 get down there tho as i live on the yorke peninsula but depends wat day it is. I spose u could try wacking some coping on the C ledge and if u stuff it up its not like its gonna get any worse than it already is. The mini ramp idea sounds awsum
Nnugget slut8 Oct 2007
yeh man coz a mini ramp is gonna happen
BB_Random9 Oct 2007
shup fatty and come skate town nobody has seen you for ages
Nnugget slut9 Oct 2007

FF.R.C.9 Oct 2007
go get eaten my another crocodile in qld bruz.
haha.

mini ramp at jungle is the shittest idea i ever heard.

100% street is the ONLY way.
Nnugget slut9 Oct 2007
ok the truth comes out.... i didnt move to QLD.

it simply isnt possible, no one has the ability to make a decent mini...
even if the skaters of adelaide did come to the conclusion that a mini would be built it would be shit

mini ramp is OVER
AArt Attack9 Oct 2007
RE: ADELAIDE SKATERS TALK HERE!!yeah mini ramp at concrete jungle wouldnt be the brightest idea but onna high note the murray bridge mini has recent gotten an upgrade, the brightest lights to ever shine down onna miniramp. Tennis court style..dont look at the lights though blue spots in your eyes arnt hot!
Vvulture steez9 Oct 2007
So good, loving life Pearns.
HHendryx9 Oct 2007
well if there aint gona be a mini ramp bradlie u should still do something at the concrete jungle with those 20 bags of crete. Get sum bricks n make like a really wide hubba next 2 the yellow rail, wide so that it can be manualed down
Nnugget slut9 Oct 2007
