I think its the theater mode lag.

I was lagging like a cunt in a couple of matches last night. Then I was randomly made host and started slaying on that Summit Map.

I was like "yeeaaah" then I looked at the leaderboard and it was full of Level 6 people. I still went "yeeeeah!"

and has anyone noticed that glass respawns in clips in theater mode, i was sniping out a window, got a quickscope headshot then watched it in theater mode and all the glass was there and it shattered and i couldn't see shit
