Updates to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The major changes include:

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2


Care Package, Emergency Airdrop, and Sentry Gun marker grenades sprint speed normalized

Sentry Guns: Improved placement detection, preventing cases of Sentry Guns inside geometry

Model 1887: Bling using Akimbo and FMJ combination now has same range and damage as non-Bling Model 1887s

Improved player collision removing cases of getting into geometry and 'elevators'

Mouse latency tweaks for more mouse movement consistency

Fixes to prevent various texture and XP hacks

I've been rocking the t00b with scavneger lately. This = a neverending supply of t00bs. Win!

I do like the sleight of hand pro though. It means if I 'injure' someone with a t00b I can quickly fire another one right on top of them.

i wish you could run bling, sleight of hand and scavenger all at once

I'm going to try out the riot shield class tonight. Give it a whirl.

I get all screamy and terrified when someone runs at me with one of those.

Just had a few ffa games with geels and his buddy. His friend was getting pretty pissed with me.

who are you teehee? are you bojangles cause you absolutely killed us. I was doing awesome then i think i invited you in or maybe just got lucky and got teamed with you in ffa and then you were 30 kills every game.. me and my friend were so happy every time we killed you

Yeah I'm BO--JANGLES. Yeah you and your mate yelled out everytime you killed me counting how many times we had killed each other. At one point bigbadbazza killed me twice in a row and he was yelling "YEAHHH 2-0!" then I killed him 5 times and he said "Okay, we're even now" Hahah was fun though.

There was one point in favela where I was on a 12 kill streak, then you got me in final stand with the akimbo rangers, you fucking bastard hahahaha

You left and your mate played on for a bit but he didn't say anything. It's so much more fun when people scream at you.

I hate the nuke boosting cunce that use tactical insertion for their mate to just stand there and continually kill them just to get a nuke.

meant he got put into our game randomly.. yeah i got lucky a few times in favela getting you towards the end. you got me plenty of times in that bunker on the edge of the map though. good fun have to play again later

Ahhh, the 'pro-pipe' is my attachment of choice at the moment. I'm working on the Danger Close perk to get it to the pro status, I hear the added explosive damage from the perk makes the Javelin blast equivalent to the strength of the huge gun on the AC130, that along with scavenger will make for some good times.
