after googling the skingi ostriches, I have discovered that there is no trick photography or computer animation involved.

The Skiing Ostrich's parents were bought up in a Zoo in Fukushima (not far from reactor 4) and after an unfortunate nuclear accident their offspring mutated (a little like the teenage mutant ninja turtles which is also clearly a true story).

Forced to beg for a living the parents unfortunately starved to death. Their young flock initially tried busking then street skating for a living but failled to attract any sponsors.

After responding to an advertisement for underpaid snow field service personnel the Ostriches discovered skiing. this film is clear evidence of their ability and has received critical acclaim across Japan.

Unfortunately due to the controversy of the skiing Ostriches being real or not, a group of scientists have harpooned them in the name of scientific research
