One from the other night... Not happy with it tho, i was expecting to do a 2 hour exposure but when i went back to my camera the battery had died. i think it's around 20 minutes or so

yeah you gotta watch out for them long exposures....
if you're running a new camera your batteries will almost always die. If you're going to atleast attempt one with a camera like that you must make sure your camera is pumped to full batteries... possibly even running a battery pack / handle thing....
but yeah - shots like those are best done with old cameras that do not require batteries... (mechanical)

Shot this at the zoo the other day. I only have a small range zoom lens (24-70 on 10D) so it's been cropped.

These roots look like elephants, ones body with it's head against a tree and the a head of another. This tree is about 25m away from where they buried an elephant that died ages ago.
