Moey you're pretty much exactly right, I just gotta hope for the best that the guy doing the lighting does a really good job. I dont use any flashes mainly for the reason it washes out all of the colour and most importantly i dont want to piss off any of the performers. This shot was taken at th e Max Merritt Benefit concert a few weeks back, in the shot is John Swann and Wendy Stapleton.

i used nikon capture nx.
then exported it to ps, dodged and burnt some stuff, resize and unsharpmask :)

how much does nikon capture nx go for brock?
is it downloadable?

i dont know, my dad got it for me for my birthday this year, i think it was $200?
