^ a little big but i cant be bothered resizing...

its focused on his neck.

exactly what i was going to say

it would be perfect if it was focused on the smoke or his eyes

Its def a neat camera Andre, wanting to get another lens now... Suggestions?

50mm 1.8 for sure, cheapest and has a really large aperture so you can play around with dof

I dont know much about the nikkon lens range

otherwise just get a better zoom lens, something with constant 2.8 aperture

80-200mm f2.8 is a good nikon lens.
2touch go for around 1200 on ebay,
1touch around 400-500.

Ohk sure, will start to keep and eye out. Thanks to you both.

^^

bit harsh to look at, but a stared at it for a few mins anyway

hey Hartley, have you ever rigged up slaves around the stage at a gig and are they likely to interfere with anything? eg wireless mics

I found your flickr & it looks like you might have done this for some shots

and IMG_0971 is my fav of the IKTPQ shots for sure

Yeah i normally shoot 1 handheld and 1 rim light on a PW for shows.
No interferance.
