He broke into a school in early morning, alarms went off, he tried to run. Now I don't know how you guys think, but to a cop that would sound like a burglary. You think the cops would of just preferred to try and run and hope that nothing goes wrong (aka, he pulls a gun). The cops aren't just like 'Oh, that's Richie Jackson, he won't have a gun'. They have to think fast and use an action.

Sure it sucks for him, but it is the law.
