Does anyone know how I could go about finding deatils of a deceased person. Whether they were chromated or burried, where etc?

Birth deaths and marriages. Find your local office number on the Internet and their government dept will help you. They're a lovely bunch of people.

But would I need to know a birthdate to find the details?
Cause all I know is first & last name. Mothers name, but not how to spell it. Cause of death & the city he was burried/chromated in.

They're going to be the best first step for you dude.
I did the same with my dad, I didn't know his details at all. Not even a name.
Call them with as much info as you have, and they'll point you to the right dept. If they can't help. If you have possible spellings for the name, right them all down so you're prepared for their questions.
If it's family, they can track it back, waaaaay back, so just brainstorm what you can about this persons details and give BDM a call.
It probably feels like a long shot for you right now, but yeah, you'll get there. :)

You could even call the school? They might have a memory of him, a friend that died during my time in school has a memorial there now, you never know. :)
