hey elder, the rialto is on the city side BUT it isnt a motel, its a big ass office building that has an observation deck. It used to e the tallest building in melb until they built the eureka tower and costs $13.50 to go up. So your guna have to find some other accomodation, i think there are a few tall ones around if its views your after.
