i think the shot is fine dean, not much glair to me. just coz the sun is blown out dosnt mean its glair. the subject is still clear.
And the bump... fare enough its hard to tell its a bump, but back tail on flat is even better. so not being able to see the bump could suggest that he's having to provide all the pop himself ;-)
