I knew the threads we'll cherish forever would start to pop up sooner or later as the older folk took the new technology on board.
So stoked with those photos from the old Fairfield mini as a grom in Qld i used to dream of skating that place and finally got to in i think 99 same day as i was introduced to Guildford Pool (i think thats how its spelt).
Keep the good times rolling on...

yeah i remember the dive bombing incident, but only because you brought it up! damn you have a good memory! how about that time you were shoving the tape measure in my ear on the way back from fairfield while i was trying to drive mums car for the first time? i was so scared i'd crash her car and then there would be no more skate missions in it.
yeah i think guilford is still there, infact maisey is midway through a full length, boned rock to fakie, that is why they couldn't demolish it.

yeah the bondi mini was a fun, tight little mini that was sessioned heavily by many a crew. i still recon there is a need for a good mini where the vert ramp used to be...
benon, rekon the st marys wooden ramp is still kicking? im dying for it. its a long shot but maybe its still good
