The ditch is part of the cycleway that goes from Prospect Reservoir to Merrylands.

Take the M4 west and take the cumberland hwy exit to liverpool.

Pass "Central Gardens" on the left and turn Left into woodpark rd - 1 or 2 traffic lights down the hill. You can park in bristol st near the school and kickflip to your heart's content on those banks.
