How's this - went to the pub yesterday arvo to watch the footy (it's on pay tv and I don't have it at home). Couldn't go for a skate cause my mate was over for the weekend and he popped his shoulder out on saturday...
Get there after an arduos 45 second walk...grab a beer, and there's about fifteen minutes til kickoff. So me and my mate go wack ten each in the pokies - pull out 120 in about 5 minutes. So we go back to watch the footy, but I see a horse called Jazzercise - 5 each way turns into 60. Then I chucked 5 each way on another one (I forget the name) and that wins giving me another 65 odd. Pick another one and it comes last. So I chuck on a quinella costing me 12 bucks and get back another 70.
All up - went to the pub with 40, came home drunk with 80 and a case of carlton and a fresh deck of durries.
