Standard tax rate is around 30%. Although I think there is a threshold at 50k so it might go up slightly once you get above the 50k mark.

so 30% of 50 000 dollars is 15 000 dollars
so take an average pay of 50 000 dollars and minus that by 15 000 dollars and your left with 35 000 dollars
now to get my weekly pay divide 35 000 dollars by the 52 weeks in the year and you get 673 dollars.....
although i do get a shitload of holidays.....
but still when i worked at the factory (and which im about to go back to again come holidays) i sometimes earnt around that much even more. for a no skill job......
and you know what pisses me off, this is what the fucken government is willing to pay teachers. so i get 35 grand after tax.....
they spend 55 grand on housing a prisnor! what a load of shit.....and i gotta give them the money i earn off them back....fuckers
