Yeah it's pretty good. A fair bit of music in it, rehearsals and stuff. Had to LOL at the bass player laying down vocals though - he gets pretty into it haha
Fucken I got the shits with my metronome. I told 'em at the shop I want the fucker to go fast WITHOUT accents. The fastest it goes is 208 or something with quarter note divisions without accents. If I want it faster I can get 32nd notes, but with accents every beat. Last song I done I had to slow down the recording unit, then pull it back up to get the right tempo. I think for the new one I'll have to set the metronome at half tempo and then stick a fucken delay on it to get it back up to double. So fucken shit. The cunts better have my banjo ready for me this weekend I tell ya!
Have you ever tried to record say a 7/8 over a straight metronome/click which is accenting the 1's? Cunt of a time I tells ya!
Actually LOL i just remembered - I went to remix a song on the weekend because I dunno but the original mix came out all bog. So anyway, I realise pretty quick that I've recorded over one of the rhythm guitar tracks - no real drama - I'll do it again.
Uh oh - I've taped over the click track as well! Had to just guess the timing for the start with no count in. Took about 30 tries to get it hahaha that'll learn me for next time eh hahaha
