thanks man, there is a bunch of Tassie skate history documented from early 90's even some footage of Tony Hawk, Cardiel, the Gonz and Jason Lee popping up on youtube recently
Being an ex pat of Tassie it was so good to finally put these videos up on-line for the new Tassie crew to see their history and where it pretty much all started as far as modern age skateboarding took its turn... Full credit goes to Jason Carter for the filming and editing back in the day and self props for me lol, remastering the classic videos that we "us" old bastards of the skateboard world cherish... Im planning on organizing some sort of reunion for all us old boys to get together back in Tassie to showcase these videos once ive put them to DVD, it would be rad to have all generations of the Tassie skateboard community there to honor these videos and just to be in one place to represent the history of Tasmanian skateboarding...
