what's the average shutter speed to not get blur shooting skate photos?

dont need anymore than 1/250th
may have a little motion blur on fingers or whatever
flash sync speed is 250 on my camera so i dont go over that for flash photography

the idea with shutter speeds is also what angle your on. if there coming towards you or going away you can go much lower then if they fang through side to side. also the focal lenght your using can have effect on it.

and also the DOFZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ does something

definitely no such thing as an average shutter speed
