Pretty into those BA nikes even tho they are the opposite of anything I've bought to skate in ( well in the last 8 years anyway). Are those red ones a new p rod shoe?

I saw apples current shoe in Fast times today it looks horrible, puffy round toe box and the shape/stitching/quality doesn't look good.

Those new P Rods and BA's aren't looking very good either, the Koston 2 is ugly as well. Nike is blowing it at the moment. As long as they keep making Janoskis the same they are taking my money though haha.

Boston, MA – December 10, 2012 – Boston-based New Balance announced today that it will enter the skate footwear market through a license agreement with Black Box Distribution of Carlsbad, CA. Branded as New Balance Numeric® or NB#® Black Box will produce and market performance footwear and apparel for skateboarding. New Balance Numeric will combine the unique requirements of skateboarders with New Balance’s heritage of product excellence through comfort, fit, quality and technical materials.

"New Balance is proud to partner with Black Box on the New Balance Numeric skate footwear initiative,” says Rob DeMartini, President & CEO at New Balance. “As one of the most authentic and talented skate companies in the industry, Black Box offers industry knowledge and a strong commitment to skate specialty retailers that matches well with our 107-year-old tradition of delivering technical design-forward performance products for athletes.”

New Balance Numeric will be available in the U.S. and Canada starting in July 2013 through specialty skateboard and action sports retailers only.

The side profile of those shoes makes me think of a bird, Lakai maybe a dodo, Puma maybe something else like a duck. Probably skate ok though, but the Puma has all that side stitched part right where the ollie wear / hole would be, so it would probably make the shoe come apart faster.

Been skating 'The Flick' for past month, really enjoying them and holding up well.

I want to try Deklines, anyone recommend a pair?

Yeah Deklines new range is really good, they've really picked up their quality of shoes. I haven't tried them out, but the Dekline 'Mason' looks really good. simple with a thin collar, vulc sole and one piece toe cap with the Janoski stitching around the nose. Keen to try a pair out.

^ Had a sample pair of Masons from Goliath, some of the best shoes i've ever skated. Lasted ages, skated super good and were comfy as fuck. Definatley worth a look.
