Its been raining flat out in Adelaide for the last fortnight and rather than bore everyone with more warehouse photos I thought Id dig up some snaps of a few of the bros who have passed through town in the last year.
Dawsey fs flip bump to bump.
This spot is gone now. It got knocked down to build a woolworths. Before that it was a weird market that had stalls run by carnies and bikies and was the only place in town you could buy liquor on easter friday. You could also buy bongs there. Im gonna miss that spot. Jake transfer 5050 into the bank.
This spot is amazing yet so shit at the same time. Its at a block of units thats basically a retirement village so after about 2 tries all the old people come outside and crack the shits. Jake boardslid the rail first try then broke his board on the first crook attempt. By this stage the old folks were starting to yell at us. I offered Jake my board and he crooked the rail next shot no dramas.
When we got to the spot, Jake hit a chalky on the way in and ate shit, spilling his macdonald's cup full of homemade mimosa everywhere. Immediately after this, a weekend cleaning lady cracked it and started yelling at him about littering, saying she was sick of cleaning up the mess left by skaters on the weekends. Bs Nbs
Clint's from Adelaide but gets flow from vans so he was in the posse. Mappy's angle of this sw heel was his first photo in slam. When the article came out and I saw it, I rang him and asked if he knew anything about it. He had no idea what I was talking about but was unreasonably stoked when he found out.
Back in the day this spot was the place in the city everyone met to go skating. Now days almost no one ever skates there. When I shot this photo I was so psyched because this was the spot I pretty much learned to skate at, met all my friends at and spent probably like half a year of actual life time at. This was my love park. Grenny's for life! Clint fs board.
