Not only will they not look at an inner city skate park for the New Farm side of the river, but now they have changed the walkway so skateboarders who bring their own ramps and skate curbs in the New Farm park so they can not use the area of the park. Last weekend we saw junkies shooting up in the garden, a drunk passed out against a tree and the public toilets covered in multiple layers of shit but the only thing they do is block walkway so it's unskateable. Obviously they have not consulted with local police who have no issues with skateboarders using the area and with the skateboarding take place it deters the junkies from shooting up in the garden that kids run through. @couriermail #brisbanecity #brisbanecitycouncil #nannystate
