The public has to take some of the blame here.. Its not like they were duped by a mastermind con artist. Plunging necklines and multiple heart surgeries don't usually go hand in hand.

Ha I dunno bout that Sylva, and to be fair there are procedures that don't require open heart surgery but if she did have valve replacement as she implied that's one my uncle had done a few months ago and it's def left a bellsome scar!
Apparently I live under a rock, since I just found out about this. I used to chat to Belle all the time on msn messenger and myspace back when they were a thing. This whole thing is so fucked up, but honestly I'm happy to hear that she probably doesn't have cancer. I was pretty sad knowing that her young son would grow up without a mother if she kept pursuing natural remedies.
You can have open heart surgery through your back, my mum has a massive hook scar from her armpit to her mid back.

You joking mate? She crossed a line by taking a serious problem and falsifying evidence to make people, who had serious problems, believe that she was helping them, when she was quite possibly making them die more quickly. Honestly a heinous crime.
