Whats up guys, I am currently looking to move out of home into an apartment in Sydney as close to the city as possible.
I'm 20, work full time as a client service based graphic designer 9 - 5, and prior to this i was a real estate agent for two years so i have experience and knowledge regarding the rental process.
Looking anywhere in the inner west area max rent per week would be 250 each a week so 500 all up.
I thought id post here because I am definitely more keen on moving in with someone who shares similar interests such as skateboarding and burning blunts... as opposed to the stale people ive come accross on flatmates.com.au
No for real though serious enquiries only - ideally will be wanting to find a 2 bedroom apartment with one other person, we will both be signing the lease and i am open to either a 6 or 12 month lease.
