I've pondered these outliers a bunch before, with the emphasised 'importance' on internet skateboarding it was only a matter of time before Jenkem acknowledged this realm of skateboarding. interesting stuff.

Good read, i think this whole youtube pro era is a direct side effect of 'core' skaters generally being 2 feet up their own assholes. Tearing down guys like Nyjah and Joslin for being too good and the whole 'id rather watch Gino push' style over substance attitude is becoming harder to relate to for young kids in the burbs. They just see guys like the MAJER crew having a shit-tonne of fun and doing tricks that would hold it up to the best pro's going around and get psyched on it. Much more inspiring than watching someone like Dill with a meth-pitted face chain smoking ciggies and preaching some arrogant opinion about the scene.
I'm going to clear my history after viewing that helmet tre flip.
LOL that blackninja guy is amazing. he raps over his own parts!
hows that was just sick.. the fact there wasnt a single double flip variation sold me.
