Build Skate Film Win 2015

Is there anything better than a DIY, shop, vid comp......

B.S.F.W 2015
Build, Skate, Film, Win or BSFW as it’s also known, is a Z-Flex initiative which offers skate shops around Australia the opportunity to showcase their team and skateboarding prowess at a spot they have built themselves.
Upon confirmation of entry, stores are loaded up with a Bunnings Voucher to the value of $300, and a package of Z-Flex decks and Tees to use throughout the filming process. From there it’s up to them to go out build an obstacle, feature, or add to an existing spot, shred it and film it and submit their footy for the chance to win the following six prize categories:
Fan Favourite (Most votes)- $3500
Best Video (Voted by Z-Flex) - $2000
Build Beast (Most innovative build)- $1250
Spot Envy (Best build location)- $500
Rolling Deepest (Most people in video)- $200
Shameless Plug (Most Z-Flex products in video)- $200

A massive 17 stores have confirmed for the 2015 competition and the building and filming has commenced. From here stores must submit their clip (Which must not exceed 1.30) to Z-Flex by midnight on the 31st of May. Online voting then runs from June 7th and ends June 21st at 4pm, with the winners to be announced on z-flex.com on June 22nd at 4pm.

Once registered, each of the above shops were loaded up with a $300 Hardware Voucher to stat the build, and a package of Z-Flex decks and Tees to use throughout the filming process. New 2015 Z-Flex Tees and the ‘Dead Language’ deck series released early May, so our BSFW entrants were the first on the planet to get their hands on this fresh product. We’ve upped the anti on the prize money since last year, and the photos we’ve received already show the 2015 entrants have pulled out all the stops to bring home the inflated prize purse.

Voted for grundys, good to see all that effort to make a flat to flat garden gap at end. Most would assume that was a natural street spot if they saw it on a vid.
