We're about to head off to Palestine to build a park in the West Bank with UK org SkatePal. Not sure about internet connections but we'll do our best to blog our way though the happenings. Next stop Tel Aviv...
After a brief hour long interrogation by Israeli security at Bangkok airport as well as the confiscation of all our electronics and camera gear we were finally alowed to board our connecting flight to Tel Aviv where we wore off the jet lag on the beach.
We stayed in the old part of Tel Aviv and spent a day looking around. It's bloody hot here
There was a flea market right down from where we were staying and we hit it up to buy some cameras whilst ours went through extensive drug test screening in Bangkok
Made our way to Jerusalem to meet up with some of the other guys helping out on the build.
We're staying near Jaffa gate in Old City Jerusalem. The infamous Wailing Wall is all but a minute walk away. Mandatory group shot.
Went out with our new friends from the UK for more mandatory Middle East action. Shisha and beers.
Roof top at the hostel has a pretty epic view.
Finished the day off with a shawarma and some late night wanderings around Old City. 
Made the trip over to the Dead Sea. Thought the bus ride was only about half an hour. Turned out to be 2...
We got out of bus and it was 38°... Headed straight for the water only to find it was like a hot bath. The salt content of he water also causes every orrifice of your body to burn profusely.
On the plus side despite their being lifeguards on duty it would be pretty hard to drown
In transit Jerusalem > Ramallah > Nablus > Asira El Shamaliya
As soon as you cross the wall into Palestine the landscape changes quite dramatically. Lots more barron rocky areas
We got into the village where we'll be building and staying in and met up with the rest of the crew who were already there. First thing on the agenda. Getting creamed
Creaming so hard right now
The build site is in front of a school about a 10 minute skate away from our place. Along the way a truck driver pulled over and gave us all fresh grapes.
Then he gave us a six person skitch up the hill
The driver decided it would be more efficient if he just gave us a lift.
