Vegetable of the moment

Hello Dr Eggplant here I just wanted to let you know that green beans are cheap in the shops right now and if you have them in your veggie garden well there probably producing heaps. So eat them every day. Don't worry about trying to be fancy with them in the kitchen they are best just quickly boiled drained and served with a nob of butter. Eat a whole plate of them every day and whatch what it does to your bean plants. Good luck and enjoy.

Well if you haven't noticed zucchini is the new vegetable of the moment. Zucchini may be bland but remember vegetables are really good for you. So don't hold back when your friendly neighbourhood Gardner offers you some. Take them cook them and eat them for lunch and dinner. I like the classic tomato onion zucchini mix it just eat lots of them.

I have met some tough people before, people who will not give up, put there body on the line to make that trick and get the job done. Yet some of those people get very scared when it comes to this vegetable "Broccoli " . It's winter time for broccoli to shine. If you have never had it fresh from the garden then you may be forgiven for not liking it. Either way eat lots of it. Some say it helps prevent cancer growth. When someone says eat your greens this is what they are talking about. Go and eat some broccoli stop being a pussy.
