As it's name implies; it's the best video. So it needs to be a theme that the filmer/editer can stick to and show off their filminh/editing skills. So maybe there could be a theme for the skaters to follow (example-2 hammers in one line) and a theme for the filmer (example- a short film) and fuse the two together to truely get the best clip.

you guys do realise the topic was chosen, drew made the announcement, and that all these 'bonus' ideas are just watering down / confusing the issue until there is no video comp cos nothing can be decided..

Well fogs idea would work , if there was a certain prop that had to be in each clip .. To eliminate old footage ..
