did you decide to make wheelbone after brenihana failed?
FFetus30 Apr 2010
Wheelbone, who has this positive response been from?

You are talking to the largest skate community in Australia here, some of the people who have posted in this thread run their own successful real skateboard companies.

Of course you are going to get ridiculous responses on here, it's the internets, that's what it's for. I don't know why you're so surprised by this? It just seems you have come a long way with this idea and somehow missed the fact that the majority of skateboarders would think it's a total gimmick.
Hholidaydust30 Apr 2010
hahaha lazlo. gold.
Aalisterio30 Apr 2010
fetus, i couldn't agree more!

To me, this seems like another shoddy gimmick, created by people outside of skateboarding, trying to make a buck.
That being said, i am happy to hear that your product is making sales, and i hope that the money is going back into skateboarding and not into various fat-cat wallets.

But of course im sure you guys wouldn't be just sitting on your money now, would you?

you mentioned you want to have a team? honestly, i cant think of how anyone could benefit from your product, let alone benefit from being on your team.

your product looks terrible. if anything it will hinder peoples ability, rather than help.
this is a really bad idea, and i feel sorry for anyone dumb enough to buy it.

i swear this is the same guy that came on here ages ago with his label called brenihana and stated how his boards were the best and were skated hardcore and started abusing people on here after they told him his ideas, label name and marketing were fucking ridiculous.. i could be wrong but still
RReignSupreme.30 Apr 2010
Brenihana were years ago.
I loved that thread. At least brenihana were something usable.

"Whats up with all the hate? You guys are bagging something you've never tried. Sorry to be the one to say this but.....WHEELBONE is here to stay. We've had a really good response so far so get used to it. "

Top marks for alienating your core market. You must have a degree in marketing !

Regardless, you sir, are a tard.... Can't say I've tried being rooted up the arse by a horse but I am fairly confident I would not enjoy it. BUT it may still be better than this crap product. wheelbone is not here to stay, you are deluded. Please exit the internet now, being sure to take all of your fail with you.

Maybe try a scooter kids and pimp pink fluffy hand grips or some shit.
HHearty and Hellish!30 Apr 2010
Pretty sure you'd die man if you got rooted up the arse by a horse...

Pinto horse.

I am sorry to state the obvious, but did you notice how Potty, Drew, Fair Dinkum or Monkz have not posted in this forum.
That would mean that it is a joke being played by one of the four or that they have been paid a large sum of money to support this cause.
I hope that the joke ends soon or that they get paid heaps because these things suck an old mans balls.

If you come on a public forum and you try to market your shit and don't like what people say you can't ask them to leave a thread.

Josh you are a hypocrite.

You told plenty of people to get out of YOUR thread when people were hating on the fluffy collared fashion jackets you were trying to off load a few years back.

Fuck, I just came back from the skatepark, there was probably about four or five kids off to one side all practising with wheelbones, and when I left I saw another kid skating up while holding one.
LLikecheese2 May 2010
what's the difference between skating on the sidewalk and a skatepark if youre using a wheelbone?

I've just started eating the Multi Grain Weet Bix, they're like muesli bars and when you pick the box up at the supermarket you can tell they have more ingredients in them than regular Weet Bix.

The point to my story is that they give me a Wheelbone and they're helping me learn how to do hoppies and flat grinds!

Life is awesome!

Hi Skateboard.com.au,

I was wondering if you could help me. I am a new memebr to the site and recently started a thread about a new product that just hit ozzie shores. Its called WHEELBONE and alot of your forum members have been saying alot of negative comments about WHEELBONE with no knowledge of the product. Im worried this will be bad for bussines and wondering if you could please delete the negative comments. If this continues I've been advised I can take legal action.

Looking forward to your reply.

Justin.

skateboarding & legal issues dont mix...

you free-willingly made a post about your new product on a website forums specifically made for sharing opinions, which is what happen... nothin illegal bout that wheelbone, your product is a gimmick, its not a necessity nor a progress into the next step forward for skateboarding, if anything its a step back...

you product sucks...

BBlastoise 23 May 2010
First of all you do know there's an ads section for your product Justin? You need to follow the rules too.

Secound I think you stole the whole wheel bone thing from soft trucks http://www.garagemfg.com/home.cfm if anyone was to take legal action it would be them under the design and copy right law.
BBlastoise 23 May 2010
That's fucked djsm I was typing this out when you posted your link
